Because each item is made to order, your purchase goes through two stages: production and shipping.

 

Production & Processing

 

All products are custom-made and printed on demand. Typical production time is 2–5 business days before your order ships.


Shipping Rates

 

United States (Apparel / Hats)

 

  • Free Economy Shipping (U.S. only): Orders $50+ (subtotal) shipped to a U.S. address qualify for free economy shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: U.S. orders under $50 have a $8.99 standard shipping fee.

  • Faster options (if available): If you choose a faster shipping method at checkout, the faster paid rate applies (free shipping does not apply).

 

United States (Mugs)

 

Free U.S. shipping promos do not apply to mugs.

 

  • $0–$29.99 → $8.99

  • $30–$59.99 → $14.99

  • $60+ → $19.99

 

Canada (Apparel / Hats)

 

  • $0–$79.99 → $15.99

  • $80–$159.99 → $29.99

  • $160+ → $39.99

 

Canada (Mugs)

 

  • $0–$29.99 → $16.99

  • $30–$59.99 → $22.99

  • $60+ → $28.99

 

International (Apparel / Hats)

 

  • $0–$79.99 → $21.99

  • $80–$159.99 → $31.99

  • $160+ → $41.99

    Mugs are currently shipped to the U.S. and Canada only.

 

 

Delivery Estimates (after production)

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by holidays, weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

 

  • U.S. Economy: 4–8 business days

  • U.S. Standard: 2–5 business days

  • Canada & International: Varies by destination (shown at checkout)

 

Tracking

 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

 

 

International Shipping Notes

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees set by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. International delivery times can vary due to customs processing and local carriers.


Address Accuracy

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee may apply.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with your household/neighbors and contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us at riderbyconscious.being@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at riderbyconscious.being@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
