Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

Each item is made to order (print-on-demand), which helps us reduce waste and produce only what’s needed. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

  • preference changes (color/style)

Sizing

size chart is included on every product page. Please review it before ordering. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

If something arrives wrong or damaged

We absolutely will make it right.

We offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect (wrong item/design/color)

How to request help

Email us within 7 days of delivery at riderbyconscious.being@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos showing the issue (and the shipping label if possible)

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement (preferred) or issue a refund.

Quick notes

  • Slight variations in color/print placement can happen due to production and screen settings and aren’t considered defects.

  • We can’t cover issues caused by an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
